Job Description



The regular donors Acquisition Unit look at develop strategies aimed at acquiring regular donors according to the guidelines identified at international level and included in the MSF Italy strategy. Specifically, the Unit deals with the management and the development of the Face to Face, Telemarketing and Leads acquisition channel and supervise, as the Head of Regulars Donors other regular donors acquisition activities.

The FTF outsourcing area, within the regular donors Unit, aims to acquire regular private donors through the coordination, management, and development of the external Face to Face program.

The Face-to-Face Outsourcing Officer contributes to the acquisition of regular donors through the Face to Face outsourcing program, supporting the management and coordination of external agencies. The Officer ensures the development of the activities within the dedicated territories and development of new methods and initiatives functional to the activity. Working in close contact with in house F2F colleagues for the coordination of integrated activities in the area.



Main Tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure the presence of the FTF teams of the external agencies in the area by monitoring the results deriving from existing locations and identifying new areas of interest.
  • Contribute to the realization of test and/or start up of new external agencies and/or new agency team already working with the organization.
  • Contributes to management and coordination of external agencies.
  • Ensure the monitoring and meeting of deadlines assigned to external agencies.
  • Contribute to the definition, planning and monitoring of the F2F activities in order to achieve the set goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the FTF program identifying new ways of carrying out the activities and new external agencies of interest to the organization.


Management FTF outsourcing team

  • Ensure the development of initial performances, of technical deepening and updating for all external agencies team members.
  • Help to ensure weekly informative and motivational follow ups to all agency teams.



Profile and qualifications

  • Italian C2 level
  • English B2 level

Required Experience 

  • 3 years of RF experience with at least 2 years of focus on Face-to Face activity


Preferred requirements 

  • Previous management of the F2F program for another organization



Fixed term contract of 12 months, part-time. Level II of Italian CCNL.
Gross Annual Salary: € 28.420 – 34.468, depending on the experience of the selected candidate.
Starting date: February 2023.
Location: Hybrid. MSF Italy Rome office, and from home. Occasional travels to Europe.
