Job Description
For our Italian office (Venice) we are looking for a part-time office manager & personal assistant.
The duties include:
1. Management of appointments, document flow and archives for:
- Flora Fund, charitable foundation
- Holding company (Italy based)
- private individuals (medical, administrative files and appointments)
2. Management of office resources, hardware and software tools through specific suppliers
3. Assistance with the management of real estate properties (coordinating suppliers for insurance, maintenance, utilities, etc.)
4. Support in the circulation of documents for fund managers
5. Diary management
6. Support in organizing travel and meetings
Candidates must have:
- prior relevant experience in personal assistant/office manager roles
- valid driving license
- must be fluent in English
- must be familiar with numbers and Excel
- available for occasional travel
- possibility of remote work (partial)
- must be based in Venice metropolitan area
Total approximately 20 hours per week.
