Amplifon Foundation is a foundation with big ambitions and made of few people.  Therefore we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people who have the true ambition to change the world, contribute to the shaping and the growth of the foundation, and to maximize its positive impact worldwide. Amplifon Foundation is still startup foundation, based in Milan but with the strong ambition to growth and impact at the national and international level.

It supports the social inclusion as long as it works to empower and include subjects at risk of social marginalization with a particular focus on senior citizens within their communities. It acts to enable participation, removing barriers to enable disadvantaged senior individuals to access social, recreational and cultural opportunities.

What we are looking for

Amplifon Foundation is looking for a Foundation Manager, with an appropriate level of expertise in social inclusion and innovation. This key member of the team will be responsible for the planning, the organization and the directions of the operations of the ongoing projects of the Foundation, in coordination with the Senior Manager of the Foundation.

The successful candidate will:

• Contribute to the overall set up of the Foundation with a special focus on the project area. To perform this task a practical and analytical approach is essential to ensure a continuous improvement of the design and the evaluation of the programs and maximize the impact of the action.
• Make sure that the Foundation’s Projects are properly designed engineered and structured in order to assure a timely and almost perfect execution.
• Have regular interactions with the Amplifon Group and the relevant operating companies around the world.
• Conduct practical research projects together with other partners, including institutions, at national and international level.
• Analyze the collected research, enabling insightful conclusions and clear recommendations.
• Have a sound expertise, passion and talent in communication as well as in engagement with different audiences and communities, both internal and external with a focus on employees and volunteers.

Who we are looking for

• 8-10 years of experience in similar roles and similar context (e.g. corporate foundation; major ONGs)
• International experiences are preferrable
• A proven interest in social inclusion, system innovation and technology for good
• Amplifon Foundation is still a start-up, therefore you will be involved in different projects and aspects of the foundation’s activity, such as market research, communication and programme design. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is therefore essential.
• You have experience in designing, implementing and reporting about the activities you will be responsible for
• Excellent project management skills. Familiarity with European bids is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Your work will be key to contribute to shaping Amplifon Foundation and its impact around the world.
• You will be able to interact and engage with different kind of communities (i.e. employees, volunteers and others)
• You are familiar with communication activities and the social media/networks
• You are ready to travel as integral part of your job, in Italy and abroad, hence to contribute building the foundation internationally and connect very different communities and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
• Good IT Skills (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel, using the web for research and using social media).
