About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team for the implementation of a 36-month project funded under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).

The successful candidate will support the overall management and implementation of the project, ensuring the timely delivery of activities, compliance with donor requirements, and effective coordination with national and international partners.  The candidate will work closely with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of project activities.
• Monitor project progress against work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Liaise with project partners, stakeholders, and external experts.
• Organize meetings, workshops, training sessions, and dissemination events.
• Prepare technical and administrative documentation.
• Contribute to narrative reporting and donor compliance.
• Support financial monitoring in collaboration with the administrative team.
• Maintain project records and documentation in line with AMIF requirements.
• Assist in communication, visibility, and dissemination activities.
• Perform any additional project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, European Studies, Law, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the management or implementation of EU-funded projects (experience with AMIF or other EU funding programmes is considered an asset).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Good command of Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to travel when required.

We Offer

The selected candidate may choose between the following contractual arrangements:

Option 1 – Collaboration Agreement (Co.Co.Co.)

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €12,970

Option 2 – Freelance Service Contract (VAT Registered / Partita IVA)

• Gross Annual Invoicing Amount: €15,600
